We offer a traveling excursion just for you, with one part by boat and the other in the forest to discover several places different every day. Day 1 Pick up at Leticia airport and transfer to the civilian port. Discovery of the market square and typical lunch (fish ceviche or grilled meat) in the city center Departure by boat on the Amazon River to the Tikuna village on the shore of the lake. Trek in primary forest, observation, and interpretation of fauna and flora. Night walk to observe snakes, tarantulas, and insects in the high forest and flood zones. Night in a cozy cabin on the shore of the lake in the village of Tikuna Day 2 Boat trip and observation of pink dolphins and gray dolphins, piranha fishing, and observation of caimans by boat at night. Night in a comfortable cabin in the middle of the primary forest. Day 3 Trip to the Peruvian reserve. Explore the Amazon on a 3-day guided tour. Take a trip on the river, meet a local tribe, and admire stunning jungle landscapes. Day 1After pickup from Iquitos airport, head straight to the Port of Nanay to board a boat. Sail to where the Nanay River meets the Amazon. Take a 2.5-hour trip along the Amazon River to the lodge where you will be staying. Enjoy lunch and a chance to relax in the lodge's hammock room. Next, visit an eco-butterfly farm and a riverside eco-village. Return to the lodge for dinner before spotting tarantulas, snakes, insects, and birds on a night excursion. Day 2Get up early to watch the sunrise. Spot herons, eagles, parakeets, and exotic birds. Then, return to the lodge for breakfast and free time. After lunch, fish for piranhas and more. Enjoy the sunset, followed by dinner and traditional Amazonian tales back at the lodge. Day 3After breakfast, set off on a botanical plant walk and search for lianas. The tour will begin with a pick-up from your hotel at 9:00 AM. After a short walk to the dock, you’ll board a boat to cruise along the Itaya River for approximately 15 minutes, before connecting with the mighty Amazon River, known as the most impressive river in the world. As you sail, your guide will provide fascinating insights into the region, and with a bit of luck, you'll catch a glimpse of the pink and grey dolphins in their natural habitat. Your first stop will be at a natural reserve, where you'll be amazed by the gigantic Victoria Regia water lilies, the largest aquatic plants in the Amazon. You’ll also have the chance to feed paiches, alligators, and piranhas, all part of the rich Amazon ecosystem. Next, you will visit a wildlife rescue center, where you’ll encounter species such as toucans, macaws, monkeys, and sloths. This will be a unique opportunity to see and learn about the Amazon's diverse wildlife. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a delicious traditional lunch at our lodge, followed by a peaceful canoe ride across Shanshococha Lagoon, where you can observe the incredible biodiversity of the Amazon lakes. To end your day, you’ll visit the Yagua native community, where you’ll experience their way of life, traditional clothing, and handmade crafts. Itinerary: ****Bella Vista Nanay Hotel pick-up and transfer to the tourist pier “Bella Vista Nanay.” We begin our journey towards our lodge. ****On board our comfortable and safe traditional boat, the trip along the Amazon River will allow you to appreciate a wonderful panorama where the river’s magnificence winds its way through the lush jungle. Observation of the confluences between the Nanay and Amazon rivers. ****Dolphin Watching (gray or pink dolphins) along the way. ****Visit to the Indigenous Community – KUKAMA TRIBE We will visit and dance with them, as they have been guardians of the region’s biodiversity, using their deep knowledge of plants and natural medicine to survive in this challenging environment. Additionally, their rich oral tradition has passed down stories and myths explaining their origins and their relationship with nature. ****MONKEY ISLAND – Neyser Continuing our navigation along the Amazon River, we will enter a creek to visit monkeys in their natural habitat. Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by different monkey species that live there, where we can learn about each one, feed them, play with them, and take photos… all in their natural environment! ****WILDLIFE RESCUE CENTER We will head to the Wildlife Rescue Center (“Fundo Rony”) to observe and interact with some of the wild animal species, such as sloths, monkeys, macaws, toucans, boa constrictors, and turtles. This will be an interesting way to learn to appreciate and respect the wildlife typical of our Amazon. Reminder: In this center, these animals are kept in cages because they are being cared for before being released back into the wild. ****AMAZONIAN TRAPICHE Enjoy a tasting of traditional macerated drinks such as camu camu, seven roots, and ginger. These provide a unique opportunity to experience their medicinal properties. Set sail from the pier of the Iquitos Boulevard and cruise down the Itaya River to meet the Amazon River. Visit a center that specializes in the breeding of paiches, fish also known as piracuru, as well as piranhas, macaws, lizards, and turtles. For a one-of-a-kind experience, try feeding these animals. Head to the great pond filled with the famous Victoria amazonica lily pads, the world’s largest leaves. Then, proceed to the Amazon viewpoint, which promises magical vistas over the legendary surrounding landscape. Enjoy some downtime on the hammocks, while taking in impressive views of the jungle and the Amazon River. Then, take a 15-minute walk into the jungle to see the gigantic and mythical Lupuna tree, said to possess magical properties and considered the protectors of the jungle. Before returning to the city, visit the Serpentary, where you can see the anaconda’s cage.

Itinerary Day 1 We will leave Iquitos at 9:00 a.m. and head for the Amazon, the most popular river in the world due to its great length and flow. We will board a boat to tour this lung of the American continent that has a dense rainforest, the largest on the planet. What trees grow in the Amazon? What animals inhabit this paradise? We will discover it! We will admire a curious phenomenon of nature when we arrive at the Nanay River, since the color of its waters changes with respect to the Amazon. If we are lucky, we will be able to see some of the pink dolphins that inhabit the jungle. Our animal adventure will continue at the lizard farm, where we will also see piaches. On this tour we will discover all the details about this fish, which can reach up to 3 meters in length. Did you imagine that such a large fish would prowl the rivers of Peru? At around 1:30 p.m., we will move to the shore of the Amazon River, where we will stay in a two-story house made of jungle materials. Once there, we will rest and recharge our batteries with a complete menu. We will set off again at 3:00 pm. We will visit the Yagua natives, a people with an economy based on agriculture, fishing and hunting. What is the mythology of the Yagua people? What are their rituals? Are they isolated people? Our guide will answer these and other questions. We will return to the lodge complex at 5:00 p.m. for another rest and dinner. We will take a night walk to listen carefully to the songs emitted by birds and insects. We will learn which sound corresponds to which animal. After the walk, we will retire for a night in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. Day 2 We will leave the house early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise in the Amazon (around 5:00 am). We will contemplate how the colors begin to filter into the dense jungle as the sun rises, a memory that will be hard to forget! We will spend the morning observing the birds of all colors that inhabit the Peruvian jungle. This opportunity will allow us to see unique species on the planet, such as the impressive scarlet macaw. Before continuing, we will replenish our strength with a delicious breakfast. Afterwards, we will head to the serpentarium, a kind of reserve for animals that have been rescued. Despite its name, it is also home to sloths, ocelots, turtles and parrots. In this area, we will refresh ourselves with delicious drinks made from medicinal plants and tree bark. We will return to the lodge at 12:30 to rest before lunch. At 2:30 p.m. we will board again a boat that will take us back to Iquitos, where we will return at around 4:30 p.m. Lodging The lodging for this excursion is in cabins with private room and bathroom. You can choose whether you prefer a double bed or two single beds in the room.

Itinerary After picking you up at your hotel, we will head to the jungle of Iquitos, where a boat will be waiting for us to navigate the Amazon River. We will begin a pleasant excursion with a guide specialized in this tropical paradise. We will feel on our skin that the temperature of the Amazon is warm all year round. In our excursion we will see the lushness of a jungle that occupies most of the Peruvian territory and has a rainforest vegetation. In addition, we will see floating victoria regia, the largest leaves in the world. If we are lucky, we will see some animal species of this ecosystem, such as the lion titi monkey, the sloth, the poison dart frog or the black caiman. We will have the opportunity to visit an authentic serpentarium, which houses snakes such as the anaconda. With this experience, animal lovers will be able to see species in their natural habitat in a safe way. Before leaving the serpentarium, we will taste some liquors that are prepared from the bark extracted from the trees. Anyone hungry? We will enjoy a delicious meal at a local restaurant. We will visit the indigenous Yahuas, who will show us their culture and beliefs while we watch some of their dances and rituals. This is a way to discover the way of life of people who keep themselves practically isolated. Before returning to your hotel in Iquitos, we will have the opportunity to observe the dolphins that inhabit the Amazon. Did you expect it?

Day 1: Exploring the Amazon Jungle The adventure starts with pickup and transfer to the Bellavista Nanay pier. From there, you'll embark on an exciting journey along the Nanay River to meet the Boras, immersing yourself in their culture and folk dances. Then, you'll navigate the mighty Amazon River for 1 hour and 30 minutes, finally reaching the Lodge on the right bank of the river. After settling into the comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, you'll enjoy lunch followed by relaxation in the Hammock Room. The afternoon continues with educational visits to the Butterfly House and the riverside village, providing you with an authentic glimpse into jungle life. After dinner, an exciting night excursion will allow you to discover the nocturnal wonders of the jungle before resting. Day 2: Fauna, Culture, and Aquatic Adventure The second day starts early at 6:00 AM to appreciate the sunrise and observe exotic birds in the Amazon basin. After breakfast, you'll visit the Animal Rescue Center, where you'll connect with various local species. Then, a visit to the Amazon sugar cane mill will let you enjoy the jungle's authenticity. In the traditional canoe, you'll venture out to find the Gray and Pink Dolphins and have the opportunity to swim in the Amazon River. After an exciting day, you'll enjoy the famous Piranha fishing and the magical Amazonian sunset observation. The night falls with stories and myths of the jungle told by the tour guide, before spending the night at the Lodge. Day 3: Nature and Cultural Encounter Your last day in the jungle begins with a delicious breakfast, followed by a botanical walk to discover the natural treasures of the jungle, including giant trees and medicinal plants. Then, you'll visit the Yagua indigenous tribe, participating in their dances and immersing yourself in their culture, even learning about their hunting weaponry, such as the blowgun. After these enriching experiences, you'll return to the city of Iquitos at 5:30 PM, carrying with you the memories of an unforgettable adventure in the Amazon jungle.
