Amazing! We were exhausted with our flight but Rick is so nice to organize this short trip for us. He was so kind to give me the informations that i needed. Surprisingly our driver/tour guide Jacky was really good also and kind. He even gave us time to see and take pictures at taipei 101. He explained to us the culture and that’s pretty amazing. We really enjoyed the shifen experience, juifen food, cks memorial hall and taipei 101 for pictures. All in all, i really recommend this agency. Go and enjoy your trip with them. Congrats Rick and Jacky! Good job! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It was very pleasant, our guide had a deep understanding and knowledge of the places we went to. He was very helpful in all aspects of our trip. Planning the trip was a breeze. Jacky was very easy to talk to, helpful, quick to reply, and booking extras while already in Taipei was one of the most helpful things for us. We had to consider that we were travelling with our dad who needed his mobility scooter so the places we were recommended to go to were very accessible.

A great tour for all of Taiwan outside of Taipei. Highlights include sunmoon lake and Kanting National Park at the Southern tip of Taiwan. Our guide Alan Chou was knowledgeable and humorous and experienced. Very good English spoken as well. It is a bus tour so there are some longish segments on the bus and you get to be quite experienced about the many highway rest stops and public lavatories in Taiwan.

It was a great tour. Our tour guide Alan Chou was excellent, professional & very knowledgeable. Not only we enjoyed the trip, we learned a lot about Taiwan as well.

Very good tour, except Lukang (last day) which is of little interest... Too bad the initial circuit could not be maintained because of the earthquakes...
