International chefs and foodies alike, come for the fabulous. Classes begin at 8.50am over morning coffee where the day's menu is discussed, the shopping list in Arabic, then it's off into the souk, to choose the produce, beginning at the beginning so the menu evolves, in the best and most glorious way. Traditional over coals classes for two to four foodies, are also offered as a day class from Marrakech. 'All About the Food' six night road trips, include a class in a tribal desert outpost cooking in a courtyard kitchen and the tiny earth built community oven. Gourmet picnic days far off the tourist trail and thrilling gourmet road trips to the desert, the hidden gorges, the secret oases, the far away kasbah.
