Oahu: Pearl Harbor, Arizona Memorial & Honolulu City Tour

We loved our guide Huma! He made a somber memorial day very memorable. Everything was very convenient with this tour as well, it’s nice to not have to worry about transportation or tickets. Highly recommend if you want an easy day!

I had a good experience with this tour company and felt that they went above and beyond with their service when there was an unplanned occurrence during the tour. The city portion with our guide Oli was great. At Pearl Harbor, our boat ride reservation time to the memorial ended up getting cancelled by the navy due to strong winds. I decided to get on the next boat ride as they had room and I didn't want to miss the memorial as I had come all the way. I ended up missing the pick up time to go back to the city. I called the company thinking they would leave me to find my way back to the city but instead when I told them what happened, they sent a car to pick me up. I'd suggest the tour company brief guests on what to do if the boat ride reservation time gets cancelled. Or allow more time after the boat ride reservation time incase there is a cancellation but the next reservations go ahead. There is also a lot to do at Pearl Harbor and there wasn't enough time to get through everything.
