Ivan was excellent as was the tour. Everything was clear and well organised. As mentioned in the description don’t queue up for the cable car find a member of staff and they will get you to the front. Tour doesn’t actually start till 12 but that is from the top, we picked up tickets at bottom at 11:10 as advised and were up the top pretty early so had time to look around before it started.
