What to Expect
Discover an alternative side to the bright lights and big skyscrapers of Hong Kong on a 4-hour dolphin watching tour, and search for the delightful pink Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins of the city’s western waters, in conservation-sensitive conditions.
Chosen as the official mascot of the 1997 handover ceremony, Hong Kong's dolphins frolic in the scenic habitat of Lantau North, Southeast Lantau, Soko Island, and Peng Chau. Fed by the abundant fishstock, dolphins are seen on 90% of all trips. But if none are sighted on your tour, you will be entitled to take any scheduled trip for free, subject to availability.
Look for the pink-tinged Chinese white dolphin population of Hong Kong’s coast, learn about the environmental issues surrounding these delightful creatures, and the reason for their unusual color.
