Service was amazing. We ordered this due to the recent protest in HK. We were worried about the MTR's shutting down. The shuttle service was amazing. Car was clean. The driver was friendly and even offered to help open the door and helped with our suitcases, though, i wasn't expecting it. Only complaint is the website needs to be updated as our pick up point was way off from what was instructed. Pickup point was at the drop off at the Regal Hotel attached to the Airport instead of the Crystal Jade Restaurant inside the airport. Driver did try to communicate through Watsapp so that they can instruct us where to find them. Overall, I will use this service again!!

He was super friendly and we had a great time just chatting in the car while going to the airport. Car was clean, fast, safe. Driver again was friendly and helped with our bags. Driver communicated with us through Watsapp about confirmationd and pick up points. Overall, I will use this service again!!

We organised this service to collect us and drop us back to the HK airport. The communication was excellent and the service great. The vehicles are immaculate and extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend these guys for transfers or tours. A1 :-)

I checked into the Plaza Premium lounge in HK (near gate 1). The food was very good and I was able to have a refreshing shower. It was a little busy, but as I was a solo traveller I found it easier to get a seat.
