Learn all about sloths, capuchin monkeys and parrots, with a guided tour through the park. Horseback Riding (1 hour) - The ride consists of going up the hilltop to admire spectacular views and to take pictures. Then, ride through the jungle taking in the local fauna, before riding along the beach. You will be given a horse based on your experience and activity level. Glass-bottom Boat (50 minutes) - Sit 6 feet (1.83 m) below the surface with windows on either side of you, so you can admire the marine life of the Caribbean Sea.  Beach Break at West End or West Bay (1 hour) - Have fun in a private beach club for some relaxation and fun on a pristine sandy beach. Roatán Botanical Garden (1hour 30 minutes) -  Stroll through a diverse collection of flowering plants, ferns, spices, fruit trees, hardwood trees and orchids. Trails lead up the valley through arid tropical forest to the top of Carambola Mountain, where you can admire the colors of the coral reefs below and see all the way out to the island of Utila. Also, interact with hundreds of domesticated iguanas roaming freely in their protected environment. This haven is also home to monkeys, parrots, lobsters, sea turtles and other marine animals.  Butterfly & Monkey Park (45 minutes): See and learn about some of Honduras' most colorful butterflies, including varieties such as the common owl, zebra, helicopter, firecracker, Julia's, sunset longwing, monarch, and queen. The Beach Club offers fresh water showers, restrooms, a restaurant, a bar, and live music. If you like to snorkel, bring your snorkeling gear or you can rent it on-site. Only a short swim away you will discover amazing coral formations and simply outstanding snorkeling, where you can find huge parrot fish, clouds of blue tangs and vivid queen angels. Our beach break offers transportation from the Cruise Terminal and from there, it is a beautiful drive, approx 30 minutes, across the mountainous jungle with stunning panoramic views to the rest of the island.
