Hofgarten, Düsseldorf

The Rhine Tower, Dusseldorf's most recognizable landmark, was created by architect H. Deilmann and built in 1982 on the edge of the city center’s southern district at the entrance to the Media Harbour. From the tower, you will experience the most breathtaking view of the Rhine Metropolis: the Media Harbour, historic city center, Hofgarten, Königsallee and the Rhine. Start the tour at the highest building in the city, the Rhine Tower. The route leads us slowly back through the new pedestrian shopping paradise Schadowstraße towards the Rhine promenade at a relaxed pace back to the starting point.
