Mount Wellington is the best and a must place to visit in Hobart. I suggest to go up to the lookout by bus and walk down on the zig zag track to Fern Tree park where you can either to catch the next Mount Wellington Explorer bus or just a local public transport (in case you might have to wait too much). Up on the top it's very windy and cold, so you need to wear more layers. As you walk down on the track, the temperature rises and the view is breath-taking. The Explorer Bus that takes you up to the top is very clean and punctual, and its driver is very friendly and gives you a lot of information and interesting facts about the mountain and it's history.

Our day trip with Alex and a few others was one of the highlights of our trip to Tassie! We were picked up on time and given a detailed, fun and memorable trip with a lot of spots on the way and local information which only someone as experienced, caring and understanding as Alex would provide. Weather wasn't the best but Alex moved a few pieces here and there to ensure we made best use of our time and overall made it a memorable and well spent day!

Alex was excellent. He was Knowledgeable and kept us entertained the whole day. He is also a very good driver He took us to beautiful beaches and viewpoints and never rushed us.

It was very exciting trip. We learned a lot of history about hobart and on the way to hobart. Our driver was nice and cheerful. It was a very good experience.

Well planned day trip. Appropriate timing for stops so that we do not need to be stuck in the coach for too long. Very relaxing trip and good food.
