Bruny Island was certainly an experience. Started the day off going to the neck to see a very pretty view before heading to adventure bay for lunch at a rest stop/beach before looking for white wallabies. Then off to the lighthouse, oyster restaurant, honey shop, Bruny Hotel for lunch and the cheese making place. It was a lovely day out albeit it an expensive one doing it as a tour.

It was very nice experience specially having guided by a local. Bruny has a lot to offer, and having explored a place that has not been exploited too much by human technology is not usual. The trip shows that Bruny is a very relaxing and safe place to be. Going up the lookout, walking thru the rainforest, seeing the lighthouse, and tasting the local produce is quite an experience to have. Worth the money paid for.

Our tour guide, Peter was an excellent guide. He demonstrated a lot of interesting pieces of knowledge about not just the tour of Bruny Island, but pieces of Tasmania and Hobart which gives you a real feel for the area. He kept the tour at a good pace, told us where to go for great look out areas and was good at meshing the group together with a good sense of humor. Would recommend Tassie Tours and Peter any time.
