It started in the morning, so it was a fulfilling day!

It starts with picking the herbs used for cooking on the farm. It's a lot of fun because it explains the herbs carefully. The dishes that will teach you are simple and easy, but 4 delicious dishes! The chef will also teach you gently and politely, so even beginners can cook! It's fun to interact with participants from various countries, so it may be recommended for those who are not good at eating alone while traveling alone. Eat the food we made together! It was a very rich morning.

What a great day we had in the countryside - we picked fresh herbs and veges from the organic gardens to use for the delicious, and oh-so-simple recipes we made for a sumptuous lunch! If you love cooking and want a few great Vietnamese recipes- as well as an opportunity to meet wonderful, like- minded people- this is a must do! Thank you all!

Great fun, facinating farm.

It was a long motorbike ride to the farm but well worth it if you're a foodie. The farm was really interesting,;liked the unusal plants, peanut and okra etc... The chef was knowledgable and gave good instruction. I would recommend this trip. The food I made tasted wonderful as I ate looking out over fields with butterflies, birds, cows and waterbuffalo.
