Booking was straight forward and Mikey responded asap to my last minute booking, coordinating with our guide a pick up time. Great communication throughout! Our guide, Kyle was amazing, this was much more than a tour about the tunnels. It was informative about the Vietnam war as well the culture and everyday lives of Vietnamese people. The tour was well conducted despite the many other tours taking place. I am claustrophobic but managed the 10m tunnel with no dramas. It's a bit up and down steps but well lit, so give it a try. A real must, if this is the only tour you do. Thank you.
