Got off to a rocky start due to a miss communication on pick up. company was very apologetic and did resolve the issue. they also went out of their way to redeem themselves. I would recommend using them. They communicate easily and consistently and work with you to make your experience better. we booked 2 vans since there were 14 of us. They did better than 2 vans and sent us a tour bus so we could all be together and accommodate a lot of luggage.

On time waiting with a sign with our name right outside baggage claim which was packed with people. Nice van and great to have a local driver with the crazy traffic in Ho Chi Minh City. So good booked the return to the airport with them from district 1. Fantastic

We were met by an English speaking guide who was easy to spot with our name clearly displayed amongst a sea of people on arrival. She whisked us away to our vehicle which was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. A great way to transfer to our hotel. We would use this service again.
