Came back to write a review because I joined this tour with some worries due to some negative older reviews - so maybe my comments will help others in the future to choose this particular trip, because it was amazing! Our tour guide, Bac was the cherry on the top!! Funny, well prepared and informative! I'm thankful for him. Transport time: many leople complain about the 2 hours of driving time only one way... It takes time to get out from and back to 10 million city, 2 hrs is nothing..Our driver was amazing btw I read comments about the seats being too narrow for Europeans.. It's Asia, come on.. The bus was more than OK, AC was cool and the seat was OK. I also read that the small boat ride was only 10 mins. It's the Mekong, and these people provided an organized, well maintained and safe option to row in traditional boats in a tiny and beautiful canal. It was amazing! Peoples wrote that it was a sales tour... Everyone was friendly and was not too pushy in selling their stuff, it was ok

The tour was very well-organized and interesting. Experiencing the Mekong Delta and getting insights into local life was fascinating. However, the travel time was quite long—about three hours each way—with only four hours at the actual destination. More time on the water and at the local stops would have been great. Our guide, Huy, was fantastic—very dedicated, knowledgeable, and always making sure we had a great time. Despite the long journey, the tour was a worthwhile experience to explore a less-touristy part of the Mekong Delta.

Wing was a fantastic guide! We had so much fun, our group was great too. I just didn’t like that there was a real snake to put on yourself and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere.

I was able to learn not only about the grandeur of the Mekong River, but also about its history and trade relations.
