Detailed Itinerary Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Cai Be – Vinh Long – Can Tho You will be picked up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and driven to Cai Be, the second largest floating market in the lower Mekong Delta. Upon arrival you will cruise through Cai Be floating market and stop for a short walk to discover the rural life and local workshops making coconut candy, rice paper, snake wine, bricks, and more.
