Had a great safari trip with Sasanka as guide. We managed to see all the indigenous species albeit at varying distances. Very knowledgeable about the wildlife and a great driver. Highly recommend if you’re transferring to Ella or vice versa, might as well hit up the safari. 5 stars!

The service was excellent! The driver arrived at the specified time, then we went to the Yala park, where was a change of the car. Safari was good, but not outstanding: the driver tried to catch the animal by calling on the phone. On the one hand, it's nice, on the other hand, it would be nice just riding the park and watching nature, not catching something special. Then we returned to the city and the taxi driver caught me and we went to Ella. During the riding he gave me a lot of recommendations and stoped each time I asked.

Combine a transfer from Galle, Unawatuna, Koggala, Weligama, Mirissa, Matara, Hiriketiya, Tangalle to the town of Ella with the adventure of a Sri Lankan animal safari day trip. Experience the immense biodiversity in Yala National Park.

Be picked up from your accommodation in Galle, Unawatuna, Koggala, Weligama. Hiriketiya, Tangalle. Relax and take in the local scenery on the drive to Yala National Park. Board an an open-topped safari jeep to get the best views and photo angles.

See the animals during the day when they are the most active. Watch for leopards, sloth bears, elephants, crocodiles, monkeys, water buffalos, and a large variety of bird species. Get some great shots of these magnificent creatures.

Hear about about the wildlife and get photography tips from your local guide. Let your guide show you the spots where the animals are likely to congregate. After safari back to your air-conditioned car for the ride to your accommodation in Ella.
