The whole experience with the dolphins was great. The trainers were really good and great interaction with the group. However, the whole process was an absolute mess. First, the came 10 minutes late. Not an issue really. Then when we got to the registration they said I had paid for 3 adults. Showed my getyouguide vouchers clearly stating 3 adults and 1 child. Took 20+ minutes to verify. On the way back I think there was a confusion of sorts and we spend over 30 minutes in the bus outside a hotel. I would not recommend this company. Probably can get same tour with another better organised operator
