I loved the trip. The driver, Nazir, was awesome. He was super friendly and informative. He drove well and made us all feel welcome chatting in English and Spanish and playing an eclectic mix of music for us. The camel ride was great and the tour of the Medina was beautiful.

I didn't take the tour today because I need some help with my phone. I had a tour yesterday with this company and they where very professional and punctual. My guide was awesome from Friday 2/21 so I recommend the company. He even called me today to see if I was going and he could of just left. Thanks for everything.

Full description

This tour is a combination of sightseeing and culture. Visit both Cape Spartel and Hercules Caves, also the camel ride to take in panoramic views of the city, and head up to the white jewel of the north. Discover the Medina, the Kasbah, and Morocco's beautiful beaches.  After a pickup from the airport, port, or your hotel in Tangier, begin the tour around 9:00 AM. The day will be devoted to discovering the beautiful Tangier and Asilah. Upon arrival in Asilah, embark on a walking tour to discover the Old Medina, medieval ramparts, and the workshops of craftsmen. Experience the life of the locals and begin to understand the history, culture, and lifestyles of the area. Pick up insights throughout the day from your English-, Spanish-, French-, and Arabic-speaking driver. Head back to Tangier enjoy 2 hours of a leisure time in the old Medina of Tangier with possibility to see the Jewish Quarter and Synagogue, the American legation, and the Jewish Graveyard,to see the Grand Socco, Mendoubia Park, and the market.

To start with, I was expecting a group of 8-12 backpackers in a mini-van / bus. Imagine my surprise when Abdel picked me up right next to my accomodation in a shiny new Volvo with leather seats and a sunroof and I found out there was just one other person on the tour for the day (who was lovely). Abdel was a fantastic guide, he speaks english, spanish, french and arabic, switching between them seemlessly and is genuinly passionate about the city he and his family have lived in for decades. He was polite, funny, engaging, knowledgeable, an excellent driver and took us to some great spots. His advice for lunch in Asilah (Casa Garcia) was absolutely spot on and just phenomenal. I had an amazing day out, ate incredible food, soaked up so much history and culture and would highly reccomend this tour to anyone!
