Full description

This tour is a combination of sightseeing and culture. Visit both Cape Spartel and Hercules Caves, also the camel ride to take in panoramic views of the city, and head up to the white jewel of the north. Discover the Medina, the Kasbah, and Morocco's beautiful beaches.  After a pickup from the airport, port, or your hotel in Tangier, begin the tour around 9:00 AM. The day will be devoted to discovering the beautiful Tangier and Asilah. Upon arrival in Asilah, embark on a walking tour to discover the Old Medina, medieval ramparts, and the workshops of craftsmen. Experience the life of the locals and begin to understand the history, culture, and lifestyles of the area. Pick up insights throughout the day from your English-, Spanish-, French-, and Arabic-speaking driver. Head back to Tangier enjoy 2 hours of a leisure time in the old Medina of Tangier with possibility to see the Jewish Quarter and Synagogue, the American legation, and the Jewish Graveyard,to see the Grand Socco, Mendoubia Park, and the market.

With only a few days in in Tangier I had hoped to see its sites and learn a bit about the city but after taking this tour not only were these goals met in full but I also experienced the character and soul of this wonderful place. Omar brought to life the history, the culture and the heart of these wonderful people. We were picked up in a modern, clean, Mercedes van at our hotel for the trip to Asilah and Cape Spartel feeling comfortable and safe at all times with Monsif’s driving. Later we had a delightful traditional lunch at a local restaurant in Tangier. The meal was inexpensive and very good. In the afternoon we continued in Tangier from the Medina to the hills overlooking the city with its beautiful views. The tour was in English which Omar had a perfect command and was very accommodating to mold the tour to our tastes and interests. I have been on many tours around the world and this ranks as one of the best. I would recommend him and this tour to anyone.

We had so much fun during this tour with the old city of Asilah being the most appreciated place in my point of view by its calming nature and hospitable people, our guide Mohammed was very knowledgable and patient with us and not to forget our driver Zohair who showed us the Cape Spartel and Herculese took our pictures and gave us a wonderful camel ride. Over all it was an amazing unforegttable experience.

A very good trip, Asilah is very beautiful and absolutely worth it. Very good Car and Driver and Omar, our Guide was really amazing! Really nice and funny, answered every Question, knew everything, took Photos whenever we wanted, never rushed anything, just genuinely wanted to make shure we all had a great day. Exceptional! Support, organisation and communication from Sarah at the office is also very, very good!
