Helsinki Island Hopping brings you to three islands of Helsinki: Suomenlinna, Lonna and Vallisaari. Suomenlinna is a Unesco World Heritage Site and the number 1 must see tourist attraction of Finland with its historical sea fortress and lovely museums and restaurants. Vessels leave from Helsinki Market Square, Lyypekinlaituri-pier next to the Old Market Hall. Watch out for our Frs Finland-signs, choose the "Vallisaari" or "Suomenlinna"-pier to start with and the priority queue. Please note: there is only one queue available at the islands. This is the only line that connects all three islands of Helsinki. The ticket can be used without any restrictions during one day to access all three islands. Jump from island to island using the circle line or connect to another line from the main pier (Lyypekinlaituri). Many flexible departures per day and snacks and drinks available for purchase onboard. Enjoy a cup of coffee or cold beer on our sun deck and let yourself be pampered by our friendly staff. Example 1: visit Suomenlinna in the morning, return to the market square for a break and visit Vallisaari in the afternoon. Example 2: visit Vallisaari and connect through the circle line to another island (Suomenlinna or Lonna) later. Duration of trip is around 10-25 minutes depending on final destination. Maximum departure frequency: 30-60 minutes before 10 June and after 17 September. 11 June until 17 September: 30 minutes. The circle line operates until 17.9. The art exhibition at Vallisaari island is free and open until 17.9. After that, all islands can be reached through the Market Square directly and the ticket is valid for both lines (Suomenlinna/Lonna and Vallisaari lines).
