The lounge is located within the restricted area where passengers departing have cleared customs and passport control and for transit passengers who have cleared transit customs and security control. An onward flight boarding pass is required.

  • The lounge is located in the non-Schengen Area, Departures, Terminal 2. Only passengers traveling to a non-Schengen destination can access the area where the lounge is located.
  • To access the lounge, you must have already checked in for your onward flight and be in possession of a valid boarding pass. Please contact your respective airline if you require flight check-in and boarding pass information.
  • Infants under 2 years old enter free of charge.
  • Children aged 18 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Opted for the 3 hr duration since my flight was a delayed. I checked in without a problem. The food was okay, but not a big selection to choose from. Since I had 3 hrs I also wanted to freshen up using their shower. Upon informing the front desk that I would like to use the shower they refused me entry to the shower saying my reservation does not include shower option. I pulled up my voucher and it stated that use of shower included. They were in denial and wanted to interpret my voucher as saying shower available but my voucher was clear: use of shower included. After back and forth with them I finally used the shower. That was the only thing that was sour about using this lounge.

This was an enjoyable way to spend a five hour layover....much better than waiting at the departure gate. My flight from Oslo to Helsinki was freezing, so it felt great to get to the lounge and take a warm shower and get some hot food.
