What People Are Saying About Heineken Experience
The Heineken crew members were well informed, aimed to entertain in addition to inform and did so cheerfully. We loved learning about the brewing process, seeing the historical photographs, displays and mechanics, and experiencing the hands on variety of fun interactive displays.
The objective was to learn about a big name in the beer industry, it was achieved. I appreciated some particular small details that you should check to.
First we were told we were'nt booked on the system & needed to be put on, we returned 30 mins before our pizza cruise should have started. Our Ticket stated in big bold writing "Pizza Cruise with unlimited drinks". The driver looked at the ticket and tore the end of the ticket and directed us on to the boat where we were not told it was an audio canal boat cruise where you'll need head phones each to plug in. We cruised around in complete silence, confused why we hadn't been fed or been offfered any drinks. Before we knew it we were back at the dock, we showed the driver our ticket again and he just said "oh wrong boat, everywhere is closed" and wiped his hands with us. We found a GreyLine information centre and explained we had been put on the wrong boat we asked for a refund but were told we couldn't have one, we could only go on another tour. We then had to pay more money and have a meal elsewhere. Very disappointed. However the Heineken experienice was very good and worth visiting!
A very pleasant canal trip, well run and informative, would do this again,Heiniken experience was ok ,very good value package overall.
Booking these tours (as one) prior to travelling saved time and money! You get all the info you need hassle free! The combination was great as both attractions were in the same location! Tickets for both attractions were handed to you at the canal cruise check in! Well worth it!
