Michael was great, some many history facts come your way. He is a fountain of knowledge. He was extremely patient waiting for several people who were late arriving but I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything because we started off almost 45 minutes late. It just meant we didn’t have as long in the town, but I went for the tour of the castle so I didn’t care. He did end up arranging for a hotel drop off at the end of the day which was very kind.

Our trip was amazing! Such a phenomenal experience and we were able to gain so much knowledge through our tour guide, Michael. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a long day of history, walking, and seeing new sights.

Michael was great! I’d suggest you add drop off for the customers who arrange hotel pickup, it should be a door to door service in both ends.

I think it was a good experience, the transportation was very punctual, the guide was excellent, very attentive, and the place was wonderful.

Fantastic! Michael was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and just a great experience. Highly recommend!
