Francesca was our guide. She was so knowledgeable and interesting to listen to; obviously very passionate about Heidelberg (having moved there from Italy 11 years ago) and this was conveyed through her tour. She is softly spoken and very easy to listen to. It was lovely that there were only 3 of us on the English speaking tour, so a very intimate feel. The tour was supposed to last 1.5 hours but ended up being 2 hours, Francesca obviously wanted to give us as much information as possible. Highly recommended, and even better if you get Francesca!

The tour was outstanding, very informative. However, as we needed to arrive 30mins before the tour started, t.he guide should have made herself known. People were wondering around not knowing which group was which, and there were a lot of tours. Not until 10.30 were we acknowledged.

This tour was brilliant! We had Francesca as our guide; she was so lovely and knowledgeable! We learnt a lot about the history of the town and the origins/meanings of the famous buildings/statues there. Very interesting! Francesca was brilliant and was able to answer all of our questions. We also went into the Student prison which is definitely worth a visit. We would highly recommend this tour. Very good value for money.
