Hiroki was a great guide - very helpful and considerate of our needs with two small children. We enjoyed the bamboo forest and sightseeing along the way. He was kind enough to give us local recommendations and made the morning very pleasant.

Hiroki is fabulous! Kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service. Would definitely book this service again on my next trip.

Excellent to visit Kyoto main attractions and places. The only negative point is the rarest number of buses during 10am to 12pm period (each 45min).

Hop on Hop off is always a great way to get around. Kyoto staff were super helpful and friendly and we had a great 2 days!

it was so cold for foreigner like me. but overall it's an amazing trip.
