All service providers were very friendly and accommodating except the staff on the sightseeing bus. They were very rude at times and are always on their phones or talking to colleagues unlike in other countries. Tourists in a strange country need friendly and helpful staff. They also could not explain the activities on the inventure pass properly and we had to find out for ourselves. They should be trained.

A great way to enjoy wonderful Cape Town.

All of the staff in the offices, on the buses and at the various sites I visited were, without exception, courteous, friendly and helpful, offering a wonderful warm welcome to their beautiful city. The pass made getting around so easy and informative and is great value for money.

Great way to see and get around the city for a small fee. The drivers were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Very useful ticket provide transport and inclusive admission to numerous attractions in and around Cape Town.
