Know before you go
- For your transfer to go smoothly, please provide your hotel information, your flight number and arrival or departure time when booking. Be sure to specify whether you are requesting an arrival or departure transfer
- If you are traveling with minors (0-12 years old), the Cuban government requires you to provide their passport numbers
- The waiting time can be up to 45 minutes from the pick-up time indicated
- If the transfer service is delayed, you must contact the provider for instructions
- If you decide not to wait for the transfer service or do not contact the provider, a refund is not available
- Transfers to and from houses, hostels, B&Bs and Airbnbs must be confirmed with the supplier after booking
