Great experience and the views are awesome, my only gripe was the service we received from the cable and popcorn kiosk staff at the bottom, it was really bad and this the 4 stars. The service from the restaurant staff and cable personnel at the top of the mountain was really amazing ( 5 stars to them)

It was great when we eventually got up after waiting for approximately 90 minutes. When we got to near the boarding gate people that were waiting there had tickets that were way behind us by about 60 places but they there allowed to take the next car immediately after us. The employees were allowing others way before their turns. This is really sad and upsetting since lots of people had to patiently await their turns whilst many were just allowed to cut in. I’m not referring to the priority ticket holders but the normal ticket holders. I do hope that this will not be allowed to occur again. Thank you.

Bought tickets online and when printed at machine in reception area there was no one, then our tickets was G... and the machine used gave us a T..pass. only to be returned after being called and having to go restarf. That was the only thing that almost tainted our ride. Otherwise after that all was well.
