Day 1: Delhi to Jim Corbett National Park

Distance: 240 km (~6 hours by road)
Morning:
Early morning departure from Delhi around 5:30 AM in a private cab or coach.
Breakfast en route at a highway restaurant.

Noon:
Reach Jim Corbett National Park by 12:00 PM.
Check-in at your wildlife resort or hotel.
Welcome drink and time to freshen up.
Lunch at the resort.

Afternoon:
Afternoon Safari (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM):
Explore Corbett's famous Bijrani or Jhirna zone with a Jeep Safari.
Witness wildlife like elephants, deer, wild boars, and, if lucky, the majestic Bengal tiger.

Evening:
Return to the resort and relax.
Enjoy tea/coffee with snacks.
Optional activities: Bonfire and light cultural entertainment (subject to availability).
Night:
Dinner at the resort.
Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 2: Morning Safari and Return to Delhi

Early Morning:
Morning Safari (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM):
Head out for another Jeep Safari to explore a different zone like Dhikala or Dhela, known for its dense forest and rich wildlife.
Witness the morning activities of animals and birds in their natural habitat.

Breakfast:
Return to the resort for breakfast and some leisure time.
Check-Out:
Check out from the resort by 11:00 AM.

Return to Delhi:
Depart for Delhi and stop for lunch en route.
Reach Delhi by evening (approx. 6:00 PM).

The Safari was amazing, we really enjoyed the experience, we were able to see elephants, deers, roars, monkeys and other animals. The only complains that we have are regarding the hotel, since there are not many options for people with food restriction (allergies) and that the personal have a lot of trouble inderstanding English. Also the hotel restaurant has a menu but most of the food is not available so options are very limited.

The driver was good and kind. The dinner was delicious. The room was cozy Saw some animals such as elephant, peacock, monkeys, 3 types of deer, and many kind of birds. Unfortunately no tiger for us. Please make sure to join the safari tour either/both morning or/and evening. As most of the animals are sleeping at daytime.

The journey to Jim Corbett National Park was pleasant and comfortable. The car was air-conditioned, and the driver provided us with chewing gum and Indian sweets. The accommodation in the national park was excellent. The room was very comfortable, the pool and the view of the river were beautiful, and the resort’s location near the safari was ideal. The Indian dinner and breakfast were delicious. We especially enjoyed the evening safari with an experienced guide, where we saw many animals such as deer, peacocks, jackals, monkeys, hummingbirds, and the Kingfisher. Unfortunately, we couldn’t spot any tigers or elephants during our safari in early April.
