The custom is being observed today and is praised for its beauty. Udai (our tour guide) and Rahul (our driver) came promptly on time to our hotel and waited for us. We then proceeded to grab great breakfast and coffee, then headed towards Rishikesh. On the way, we stopped by to grab some sugarcane drinks and take photos by the mustard field. At Rishikesh, we walked around various fields and rivers and ate food at chotiwala, which had incredible vegetarian food. Afterwards, they helped us shop for our wedding attire, which was very important for us. Then, we went to Hardiwar to watch the arte ceremony for about 1.5 hours, which was very cool experience. Then we took some more photos and head back to our hotel. We had a wonderful day, and we’re glad Udai and Rahul were super flexible and punctual throughout the day!

A good way to escape the big city life of Delhi. It was intense but very interesting to visit these two cities located at the beautiful Ganga River. In Rishikesh you have a superb few on the river and the mountains and in Haridwar you witness a very traditional ceremony of the Hinduism religion. My guide Chandra could provide a lot of information and was very kind. We even went up a small hill with a cable car from which we had a very nice view on the city. I would recommend this tour!

Our trip was a fascinating dive into hinduism religion and spirituality. You do not need to have prior knowledge, the tour was very informative and even if you are not too interested in spirituality, it is a good opportunity to see famous Ganges river and Sivalik mountains range (part of the outer Himalayas). The tour was also flexible, we had opportunity to participate in local yoga session. If you book this trip I recommend to ask for guide (Chandra) and driver (Rahul) by the names.

Sukhveer was great! I appreciate that he waited for me even if I was a bit late and we adjusted the trip accordingly. He also showed me the real side of India, let me make a wish at Ganga River, and helped me get the best prices for souvenirs. Overall a good tour!

This was a great way to see and understand a little more of India! My guide Deepak was very helpful and kind, highly recommended
