Saw exactly what I anticipated seeing. The staff were outstanding. The ticket office staff we kind, courteous and helpful. Captain Kat and I hope I’m correct when I say Captain Jack (maybe John). Knowledgeable, courteous and soooo kind. I was travelling with a special needs adult child, he went abouve and beyond making sure needs were accommodated. Would 100% take this cruise again

This bicycle tour was great! The bikes were comfortable and in excellent condition. Terrance was very knowledgeable, patient and concerned for our safety. We learned a lot in a short time that we never would have seen or known! We will come back to Toronto to see and learn more because of this tour. Thank you!
