The show was active, fun to watch and very engaging. Money is well spent on this show. Unfortunately there was a parent and child sitting in front of me that blocked a full view of the program. I was sitting in the second row. Perhaps the perspective from rows farther back are better. I was only able to pick the section when the tickets were purchased and ended up on the very right side of the 2nd row. Having the option of choosing one's seat when purchasing tickets would have been much better.

I was told this was a “must do” and I can see why. It captures the culture and history of Vietnam through the art of storytelling. Some people chose to have the audio of the story translated via additional devices, I enjoyed the music and the story without. I don’t know how but I was treated to front row seats too, a bonus upgrade! One thing to watch to plan accordingly for is that you need to collect physical tickets from a travel agent. That might not apply for everyone but it was not difficult to find, and on the way to the theatre, definitely check before though.

Overall show was entertaining. I would of liked it more if it was one continuous story with a beginning and end instead of various stories/songs. If you book through getyourguide, it was alittle inconvenient to have to find a different location to turn in vouchers to then get tickets for the show. Also there should have been an option to rent the audio translator device, not included with price of ticket, ahead of time since show was in Vietnamese.
