Very professional setting with a guide that is a master at her craft and told us everything we need to know. You learn all the main types of vietnamese coffee efficiently what there is to know about the beans and the recipes and you can buy them in the end and have the recipes included in a digital format. And you drink all the coffees you make of course. would definitely recommend Piey and the entire Su Quan team if you want to take a piece of vietnamese culture home with you.
Pros: - Great transportation by van to a villa in the city. - The villa was nice and the learning space was also very nice. - The guide was really nice and knew how to answer all our questions and her English was great. - The workshop also gives you historical background to vietnam coffee. - Coffee is delicious. Cons: - No salt coffee. Conclusion: Overall great experience and the coffee is really great. We had a great time and learned a lot about the history of coffee
