Very good organization; Transfer from / to Hanoi in a comfortable minibus, check in without problems, luggage can be taken. The boat is of good quality - but there are also better ones - relatively narrow rooms, but comfortable, no balcony. Eat well, if not great. Unfortunately no wifi on board, many activities offered, approx. 25 people on board. At our time in early November only a small number of boats in the bay, absolutely not disturbing

Great cruise!

We had a great time on our halong Bay cruise with Paloma and strongly recommend it! Pickup from Hanoi was easy and the driver was excellent. He navigated us safely and comfortably through the crazy traffic. Upon arrival at halong Bay Port, the reception was a little chaotic but without problems. After waiting for half an hour we embarked. We were greeted with a drink and some information on the activities. After check in and some time to freshen up, we enjoyed a good meal while sailing into the bay. The cabin was large enough and very clean. On the first day we visited a cave with private beach. Thereafter, we went for a kayaking tour with our guide which was great. On the second day, after an early breakfast, we visited a fishing village where we enjoyed a rowing boat tour. The sceneries you see here are totally worth the trip to halong Bay. Overall the cruise was excellent from start to finish, cabin was good, guides great and the food was very tasty!

Everything was organized through and through. The transport went smoothly and the crew was very nice. The ship and the Halong Bay are really beautiful. Kayaking is particularly fun. It's a shame that you can't go swimming there. Only the trip to the cave was completely overrun with tourists. Dreadful. You'd rather relax on the ship. The local food was really very good.
