Within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. One to two days before your transfer, you will need to reconfirm exact pick-up times and location (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

Second time using Hanoi Transfer Service and as with the first, they are extremely efficient and provide a great service. Excellent communication prior to transfer and were in touch to confirm details of the service the day before. Although the driver was not able to speak good English, he was polite and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future trips.
