Day 1: Ha Giang City – Yen Minh town – Tham Ma pass - H’mong King palace - Dong Van (B,L,D) The tour starts at 8:00 am, when your guide picks you up from the hostel. You will quickly see a big change in the scenery as you drive into the mountains before the town of Tam Son. We will cross Bac Sum Pass and go up the Heaven Gate to enjoy the twin mountains and the whole view of Tam Son town. The drive will continue towards the town of Yen Minh, where you can enjoy delicious lunch. After, we will drive towards Dong Van, through picturesque Chin Khoanh pass. The whole Dong Van Karst Plateau is a major geoheritage sight in Vietnam. You will see unending rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks and breath-taking views. You can observe the lives of hill-tribe villages where local people work on the land. A few kilometers before reaching Dong Van Town, we will stop in Hmong King’s Palace, a home for Voung’s family in Sa Phin. We will arrive in Dong Van in the late afternoon, just in time to enjoy a good dinner. In the evening, you can explore the town and relax before the next eventful day. Day 2: Dong Van Town – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Meo Vac Town – Du Gia (B,L,D) After a delicious breakfast we leave Dong Van Town to enter, arguably, the most beautiful part of the whole journey, located on the Happiness road connecting the towns of Dong Van and Meo Vac, Ma Pi Leng Pass. The legendary pass is well known for craggy cliffs and breath-taking views. It is the most ragged pass in the north, often referred to as the "king" of the passes in Vietnam! The whole road is winding through the cliffs and overcomes Ma Pi Leng pass at an altitude of 2,000 meters. To show you the full beauty of the pass, we will trek the breathtaking Sky Path to admire the scenery of the whole valley and Nho Que river. From the amazing mountain viewpoint you will be able to experience a 360° panorama of Ma Pi Leng Pass and take unforgettable pictures. Follow the highway to Lao Cai city where you will make your first stop for breakfast by yourself. Take a Trek to Lao Chai Village through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Streams to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai.  See the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain before heading to Ta Van village, home of the Dzay People. The trek takes around 3.5 hours and covers about 9-12 kilometers. The tour guide will make the best itinerary for the trek depending on your ability of trekking. The bus will pick you up at Ta Van Bridge to take you back to the center of Sapa. Take a break at the hotel and have lunch, before enjoying some time to explore at your own leisure. After some free time, meet the rest of your group at the hotel to prepare for your return to Hanoi. Get back on the bus around 2:30 PM to go back to Hanoi. During the journey, stop for a break. Arrive back at your accommodation in Hanoi in the late evening at about 9:00 PM.

We liked it very much. The trip started a little late, but you're not in a hurry when you're on vacation. The guide was nice and spoke good English. The food was plentiful and with enough choice. At all stops there was enough time for pictures and to look around.

Very well organized; picked up from Old Quarter Hanoi and follow the highway to Halong Bay. Cozy room and clean. Helpful staff on cruise. Really enjoy the squid fishing at night. Food is good and variety of choice buffet. highly recommend.

The trip was more than expected, morning pick up was a bit slow for 5 minutes, but not a problem at all, highly recommend this tour
