Skip waiting the lines at the Water Puppet Theater in the humid and hot weather. Water puppetry, with 50 minutes performance which once depicted the daily life of villagers such as farming, fishing, and romance, has evolved to showcase plays based on ancient Vietnamese legends, myths, and history. The renowned Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre in Hanoi has its roots in this 11th-century tradition, where puppeteers used large rods to support the puppets, creating the illusion of their movements across the water as they stood hidden behind a screen.

The show was great. Definitely worth a watch. Buying in advance means you get to skip the queue and have potentially better seats than if bought on the door. Worth getting the VIP seats as view much better
