Seamless pickup and drop off. Food is not allowed on the bus, we didn’t know this and our food was taken away before boarding. Bus stopped twice, enough time to go to the toilet and grab snacks.

We had a great experience, we booked an overnight bus so we could sleep.. everything was great nothing to complaint about. Also when you get to Sapa they can drop you at the hotel if is in Sapa town located. Worth the money !
