This full-day sightseeing tour of Hanoi includes the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Liturature, and the Museum of Ethnology.
What to Expect
8:00 - 8:30am: Your guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby by coach. Please try to finish your breakfast before 8:00am. Depart towards Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum built in 1973 -1975, visiting the Ho Chi Minh House, his office, and his pond with carp fishes.
10:00 - 10:30am: See a small temple at Hoan Kiem Lake built in middle lake with a wooden bridge connecting to the bank. Inside the temple, you will have an opportunity to see a tortoise which kept in the glass coffin. This is a big tortoise, 2 meter large, which died in Hoan Kiem Lake.
11:30am: Have lunch at a local restaurant serving traditional Vietnamese food such as water spinach, spring roll, boilt rice and tofu.
1:00pm: Explore the Museum of Ethnology with an exhibition space 40,000 square meters. Be surprised by thousands of items used by 54 groups of ethnic people.
3:00pm: Finally, visit the Temple of Liturature, considered the first Vietnamese university in 1076. You'll also find Confucius Temple built in 1070.
