I thought I booked for a comfortable coach with 24 seats, but it was a packed bus (32+ persons). The guide on the bus didn't really explain some historical facts of buildings and sites we were passing through (I wanted to listen to knowledgeable accounts about things that we were seeing) for the long journey of three hours, but after explaining the itinerary, it was mostly jokes about girlfriends and handsome men (in the beginning it's alright, but it becomes tiring) and some time was given for a sleep. The drinks were not included in the lunch. (We were given a bottle of water each on the bus.) Generally, the tour was good, and I know the tour guides were trying their best to please the tourists. But there is room to improve. (For example, the famous chicken shape rocks were being pointed out excitedly but we were in the middle of lunch and as we were sitting compactly I don't think anyone could go out to the front or upper deck to see. I would suggest we save that for the way back.

Great communication from the start. My partner and I had special travel arrangements that the tour company was very accommodating about. At no point was I unsure about the plan for pickups and drop-offs. The itinerary for the day was well-planned and the crew made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Special shoutout to our guide, Ken, for being such a wonderful host. He was very informative and very funny

I definitely recommend this trip and especially this travel agency. Worth visiting one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam and the trip was very well organized: comfortable bus, lots of delicious food and very professional guide and driver. You'll like it!
