Full description
Enjoy a relaxing Arabic tradition at Granada’s Hammam Al Ándalus, and experience the refreshing sensation of authentic hot, cold and warm steam rooms, fed by thermal waters. Bathing can be alternated with periods of relaxation in the relaxation room where you can sip on mint tea and unwind to soothing Andalusian music. Located at the foot of the Alhambra, behind the ancient mosque, now known as the Church of Santa Ana, Hammam Al Ándalus is dedicated to stress-free experiences. Move freely between the hot, warm and cold baths, recreating the original rhythm of an Andalusian Hammam. Top it all off in the steam room, which you can return to as often as you like between swims, and unwind in the rest room.

Beautiful, clean Hammam and lovely customer service. The massage is a basic relaxing massage so don’t be expecting anything fancy or therapeutic. The layout was easy to navigate, the tea and body oils etc were super nice. I really enjoyed my experience here and would go again.

The place was absolutely gorgeous. However, they tried to ask me to leave 10 min early. My 1 hour 30 min booking was only good for 1 hour 20 min. Plus they deduct the massage from the time in the spa. Pay more and get less time? Very strange. Hard to relax when you are getting rushed out. I wanted to sit down at the exit to look up my directions on my gps and they wouldn’t even allow that. Really bad customer service. Also, the massage therapist asked me if I wanted my legs massaged and she only did one leg. She focused on my back when I told her I had an issue in my legs. She didn’t care what I wanted. She had a very bad attitude as well.

it was a wonderful experience but when you book a 30 minute massage, it comes out of your time at the Hammam. You can only stay for 1 1/2 hours and if you get a massage, your bath time is reduced to 1 hour. I wasn’t happy that this wasn’t clear when booking the experience. They do monitor and ask you to leave at 1 1/2 hours. They can also schedule your massage at any time during that 1 1/2 hours, so we were in a warm bath at the time and was taken to a breezy open door room and was cold throughout our massages. I suggest not getting the massage so that you can fully enjoy the baths!
