Hannah was professional and knowledgeable guide. Her detailed history lesson on cocoa beans was both entertaining and informative. We were glad to be able to taste different levels of cocoa preparation, up to packaging! Making our own chocolate bar would be the most memorable part of the activity, and perhaps of the whole trip to Hamburg!
