The tour was good, but I had booked it to get the English translation on my phone. Could not make the app work, so just enjoyed the view since the live commentary was in German and geared to a German audience. Discovered later there was a brochure downstairs in English with description of main sites. Worth the tour, though, since the Hamburg harbour area is quite amazing and the longer tour is worthwhile.

Very nice harbor tour with Speicherstadt. Our skipper Yannis was super funny and explained everything with great joy and energy. I recommend it to anyone. Super insights into the Speicherstadt, port, container ships and everything you spontaneously find at the port such as AIDA and yachts. My husband even said it was the most beautiful boat trip in Germany that we have ever done.

It was the best harbor tour we've done so far. You see a lot and the 2 hours are fully used. With the online tickets you don't need to go to the counter, you can go directly to the boat (if you know which one it is). Everything went smoothly. However, we had 30 degrees that day and had to wait in the blazing sun until we were allowed on the boat. The crew can't do anything about that, so it's best to take an umbrella or hat with you. You never know in Hamburg ;-) At the beginning you could buy drinks, but not during the journey, so buy them right at the beginning or take enough water with you. All in all, we found the tour really worth seeing.
