We absolutely loved it! Thanks to Crystal we were smiling throughout this beautiful introduction to Bruges. She was so confident and informative, no questions challenged her she answered with detail, grace and fun also so we were all engaged and had a lovely time. She created a safe environment in which the group mingled and bonded, we travelled all around and had such a positive, warm and happy experience. She is a credit to the team and undeniably the reason we will be recommending this to everyone we can. On the boat we had a driver named Peter who again was super fun, informative, friendly and great to be around. A great team and fantastic experience Bravo!

A very good guided tour, our guide (Patrick) was very knowledgable and had an answer on almost questions about Bruges. The tour supposed to last only 2 1/2 hours but our guide wanted to finish the tour and added an extra hour of his own time to see an extra bit of this beautiful city.

A very interesting and balanced tour. We got a great overview of the most important sights in Bruges. Michelle was very personable, told us interesting details but also found the right amount of information. The boat tour in the middle of the tour was just right for resting.

Bruges is so much more than just pretty buildings! Our guide, Ann, gave us all sorts of interesting backstories and took us to places we wouldn’t have found on our own. Our tour was charming, witty, and utterly delightful.

Frank was an amazing guide! Very informative and happy to answer everyone’s questions.
