Overall rating
Our guide/driver, Milo, was excellent. He was engaging during the drive and also provided us recommendations for our visit to Bratislava during our trip. My only recommendation would be to increase the time in Halstatt from 4 hours to 5 hours. With the salt mine tour and a very quick trip to the overlook, we only had about 30-40 minutes to quickly walk through the town. For 6 hours of travel time, an extra hour would allow a little more time to explore town and grab some lunch, especially given how crowded it was. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the tour and communication with the company prior to the excursion. Thank you!
Our trip was a last-minute booking, but they still managed to find a driver for us. Pavel was very kind and helpful; he drove us safely and comfortably. I went there with my family, with two children, and we were very happy. The car was nice, and car seats were prepared for my children. We were able to request the starting time, and the driver picked us up directly from our address. The drive from Vienna to Hallstatt took about three hours. We had plenty of free time in Hallstatt to do whatever we wanted. The driver waited for us in the parking area and then drove us back to our accommodation. Highly recommended for families!
Khaled was great and helped us make the most of our time in the 3 cities. Hallstatt was particularly beautiful, and we enjoyed doing the cable car to view the whole scenery, as well as the boat cruise. Plenty of time there to get a lunch. Liked how it was self directed and up to you what to do, but suggestions were also helpful. Transportation was clean & comfortable. Also nice to be in a private vehicle.
What a great day out. We loved Hallstatt, the salt mines were awesome and the scenery amazing. Our driver Mido was awesome, dropped us safely to each destination in his very comfortable van. A great day out from Salzburg, would recommend more time in Hallstatt to see all the sites
George was excellent and flexible with our schedule. He suggested places of interest for us to explore in each place we visited.
