Full description
Climb aboard a Segway and make seeing Halifax’s sights a breeze as you glide effortlessly up the city’s many hills. There are two tour lengths to choose from to suit your sightseeing plans and schedule. Both tours include training, stops for pictures, and time to enjoy the visited sites. Check-in at the kiosk on the Halifax Waterfront, sign the waiver and be kitted out with the safety equipment. Prepare for your Segway adventure with 30-minutes of comprehensive training including ample practice time. Then, follow your expert guide along the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk before heading into the city to see the sights. Benefit from the local insights of your guides and enjoy stops for photo opportunities. Your tour duration depends on your selected option. The most popular is the 3-hour City Tour that takes you into the heart of Halifax to see some of the highlights of downtown. The 2-hour City Spin Tour is a shortened version of the 3-hour tour and will take you along the Halifax Waterfront up to Argyle Street and Citadel Hill. Get to know where things are and how the city is laid out so that you can explore further on your own.

    Fantastic experience!

This was a wonderful way to explore Halifax! I'd never been on a Segway before but the training/practice before the tour got me comfortable (and stable) before we headed out. It was a warm day so zipping around on the Segways sure beat walking, and we were able to cover more ground in less time. Our tour guide, Cale (? spelling), was bubbly and informative and she made the tour fun with her insights. I'd book this tour again in a heartbeat!
