Bath: City Boat Trip and Walking Tour
- Small group
- Duration: 80 minutes
Great activity with the kids. A short trip up the river and back. Just enough to see some of the wildlife (we saw a heron and a Peregrine falcon) and the famous Pulteney bridge and weir. A lovely perspective of the city from the river. The guide was very good with some interesting facts which kept the kids engaged. It is a small boat which made it feel quite special, we were the only people downstairs so it felt like a private tour!
A nice sunny day is a plus but although it was miserable and raining on our trip it was still interesting, informative as well as dry on the boat! The guide was very nice and interesting to listen to. Our guide around Bath was excellent!! He knew so much about the history of Bath, he was very knowledgeable, brilliant all round!
The boat ride was short but informative. It was very warm with the fire and the crew ensured good social distancing and other measures due to COVID-19. The crew were polite and helpful. They were also clearly very knowledgeable about the local area.
Very informative and knowledgeable.Smaller boat so less people ,much better for interaction with guide. Walking tour was really great ,think we covered every street and alley in city centre.Again very informative and much better being a small group.
The Boat Ride was so relaxing & to hear about the history of bath by the captain who was driving the boat Was very interesting. Bath is a very beautiful place.
