My mom and I had such an incredible time! The horses were very well trained and the guides were incredible. If you ever wonder how well equipped and trained your guides are, I fell off my horse (my own mistake made) and my guide had all the horses gathered and in control and was by my side in 2 minutes. They had an incredible team to me by car in 4 minutes and had the paramedics there for me when I returned (I chose to continue my ride and returned via horse). The meal was delicious and the hot springs were exactly what I needed after a little fall! Context: I ride horses and was given the opportunity to gallop with my mom, in a beautiful open field.
We enjoyed the waterfall hikes; the trails were well maintained and the suspension stairs were fun. We didn’t swim, but the family ahead of us jumped right in. Lunch at Hacienda Guachipelin was delicious; service was impeccable. I don’t often have a chance to swim in hot springs and take a mud bath, so that was a great adventure! Our drive from Coco gave us the chance to navigate on our own, and experience the many reductors and pot holes. But, the cost was an great value.
Everything was very good, very organized, the food was very good and the waterfall and the hot springs were very pretty. We enjoyed it very much.
Wonderfully place to see and walk, even if the weather wasn't great. Buffet was also very good and staff were awesome!
