What people are saying about Gyeonggi Province

Great way to experience current events and history

Fantastic multilingual guide who spoke English and Japanese (and Korean, of course). She wove in her own experience of speaking directly with defectors which enriched the experience. I felt that I understood a bit more about the history of the North and South, that it was an ongoing situation and very current.

Interesting view into the relationship with NK

The tour was decent overall, with many of the limitations not being a product of the tiur company but rather safety and the companies dealing with the mass of tourists. I did the half day trip and I think that was good value, both in time and money. The tour guide Jenny was also really nice

Excellent history lesson with interesting sights.

Our tour guide Kim was very personable and had a knack for bringing history alive. Despite being touristy, the DMZ itself is a fantastic historical artefact. Being half German and having grown up with stories of a country divided, seeing the exhibit's stories was excellent food for thought.

Educational and Emotional, a Very Unique Tour Experience

This tour was unlike any tourism opportunity I have ever had. Being able to speak face-to-face with a North Korean defector about his experience while touring the DMZ is an educational and emotional experience. I think any citizen of a free country has a lot to gain from this tour.

No-Time waste and very professional tour guide.

It was a great experince and the time was well-spent at the diffrent locations, no time-waste or shopping center stop. We were bach around 2-3pm. The tour guide was very kind and funny. She knew a lot about the history and could answer all questions. Thank you.
